Iconic London Sheer Blush Rose Riot: Squeeze a small amount onto fingertips and pat onto the cheeks and lips. Blend out over the cheeks using fingertips, a blush brush, or beauty sponge. Mix and build in sheer layers to create your perfect level of blush.
